Studio Policies
To ensure a serene and refined experience for all our guests at Ellysium Skin, we kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with our studio policies.
All booking times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
Booking Policy
Appointments are curated to provide focused, individual care. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. A confirmation message will be sent 48 hours prior to your visit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations within this window or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit or a fee equivalent to 50% of the service.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers. Balance payments are due at the completion of your session.
Suitability & Contraindications
Your health is our priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications (including topical Retin-A or Accutane) during your booking to ensure treatment safety.
Products & Home Care
We offer clinically refined products for purchase. Due to hygiene and safety, products cannot be returned once purchased and taken home. Faulty items will be assessed and replaced in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in. If you are running late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest's experience, with the full service fee still applicable.
New Client Consultations
All new clients are required to undergo a comprehensive skin discovery session. This allows us to understand your skin history and goals to design a truly personalised pathway.
Reactions & Results
Skin therapy is a collaborative journey. While reactions are rare, we provide detailed aftercare instructions. Results vary individually and are best achieved through cumulative studio care and home consistency. Please reach out as soon as you have any reactions or need guidance.
