6. Gift Vouchers and Promotions
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Promotions and special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless specified.

Products purchased through our studio or website are subject to availability. Due to the clinical nature of our skincare, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you experience a reaction, please contact us immediately for guidance.
